Clash of Cultures
Why don’t we avoid the avoidable? From my observation, people and cultures do not want to clash. All they need is a reasonable path to find together, and a little time for experience.
Frameworks like ITIL or COBIT offer us a set of best practice techniques to cover many aspects of IT service management. However, they tell us little about the cultural obstacles we have to overcome. As a pre-flight prerequisite, people will have to be aboard. Organizations are about people. If your organization is undergoing major changes, everybody will have to work out new pole positions. Some may even want to part.
As motivated individuals, your people are capable of achieving fantastic results. Working together as your team in a fast paced business world however creates special dynamics which have to be mastered. In doing this, every single team on this planet is unique, and will find a unique solution for mastery.
For getting there, aliando methods offer people a guided platform where they can put their talents to work. Unfortunately, people have a natural born tendency to follow guidance, which comes from within your organization, last. Yet todays IT service management challenges require you to put the full scale of your people’s potential to working solutions. Business will flourish, if the people flourish.
aliando as a guided collaboration method for IT service management is particularly focussed on creating responsible team dynamics as a culture for fast paced environments, thus helps avoid cultural clashes. As an agile IT Service Management coach I am motivated by you and your teams, and particularly the evolutionary progress of such culture, which I highly value. Let me, my skills and experience solve this dilemma for you, so you can keep focussed on your business affairs which I unfortunately cannot help you with.
